We hope that you are getting revved up and excited for the upcoming school
year.  Florida Destination Imagination is planning for a return to live
tournaments next spring, of course depending upon CDC recommendations.  At
this time, we are planning to hold our state tournament at Park Maitland
School in Maitland, Florida on March 26, 2022.

Our Technical Challenge participants will create 2 technical devices to help
them overcome hazards to effect a DARING ESCAPE!

ROLL WITH IT by creating a structure that will roll down a ramp and then
hold weight in our Engineering Challenge.

Find a mysterious object in the microworld as your team studies microscopy,
and gets UP CLOSE for our Scientific Challenge.

Tricks and illusions abound in TRICKY TALES, as your trickster uses an
illusion and costume change to overcome his tricky situation.

FESTIVAL FRENZY will challenge your Improvisation skills, as you learn about
festivals and follow your character achieve their goal in a two act skit.

Your Service Learning team's project is real, but their science fiction
story and team built message transmitter will be FOR THE FUTURE.

Our Rising Stars (early learners in preschool through 2nd grade) will
highlight MONSTER MANNERS in their story about their monsters move into a
new home.
